Emily Frost is a communications and engagement practitioner who has designed, delivered and evaluated evidence-based programs that improve social performance and policy across a range of sectors.
With 14 years’ experience supporting high-profile regional and metropolitan projects for proponents and governments, she deeply understands community, industry and government expectations of best practice engagement and communication.
Emily brings together her in-depth understanding of best practice engagement as well as her facilitation skills to navigate differing stakeholder perspectives and sensitive situations and establish a clear path forward.
Emily’s recent experience includes leading the development of the Queensland Government’s guide to support local governments as they navigate the complexities of major projects and deliver meaningful engagement with proponents and communities.
Her cross-sector experience spans the infrastructure, energy, financial services and transport sectors, with projects including delivering engagement programs for renewable energy projects across regional Australia, social value initiatives for a variety of organisations, supporting the creation of a regional engagement plan and conducting employee interviews for major banks and refining a messaging framework for a government construction regulator.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations and Journalism and has IAP2 certification.
